It is with great joy that we proclaim that registrations for the Trinity HHH (Cairns) 2000th run are now open.
25 - 27 August 2017 - Trinity HHH (Cairns) - 2000th run - "The Genazzano Gallop"
Over the weekend of 25/27 August, 2017, Trinity HHH will be celebrating its 2000th run at the beautiful Genazzano Retreat located on the shores of Lake Tinaroo in the picturesque Atherton Tablelands. The retreat can be reached by driving up the Gillies Hwy from Gordonvale (south of Cairns). There is a signposted turn off to Genazzano Retreat on the right, about 7km from the top of the range - Before you get to Yungaburra!
The "Genazzano Gallop" will cost $90 for rego up till the horses birthday on 1 August ($100 after). Accommodation can be booked on the rego form for an additional $20 per night in shared dorm cabins or, Camping is available at $20 per night per site (max 2 people).
The starters will be lining up the nags at Genazzano on Friday night for a meet and greet with purchased drinks at the keg. At 7 pm there will be a free bus ride to a historic Tablelands Hotel for a meal. The registration kicks in from Saturday morning and 2 breakfasts, lunch, dinner, run, party, and beverages are included.
Horse racing attire, particularly on the Saturday Night, is encouraged.
